Our good friend and Dutch Fashion Photographer Thomas Tukker pulled us into his addiction to racing, Porsche racing to be more precise. A few weeks a go he made a trip to Spa-Francorchamps which is, in his opinion, the most beautiful race track in the world. Although the track was renewed many time during the past century the Belgians managed to perserve its authenticity. The circuit is the longest Formula 1 racecircuit of the competition and dates back to 1921. It was originally the road between Francorchamps and Malmedy to Burnenville and evolved into a 21st century racing paradise. Thomas explained he loves driving Spa-Francorchamps so much because of its incredible speed. Being a European Racing Licensee he makes lots of training hours. Last week he sent us these lovely pictures from his most recent training in a ‘70s Porsche 911 2.7 RS.
How would racing be, if looking at this monster already freaks me out? Let’s hope we will find out one day.
